How to extract THC, and Barbital compounds using LC-ESI-TOF?

Hi guys!

We are working on Drugs of abuse using BSN buffers, precipitant with ACQ positive and negative controls using solo 1.8 LC column. With mobile phase methanol and water. We are struggling to extract THC and barbital compounds. We are getting all other compounds like cocaine metabolites, Amphetamine, opiates, Benzodiazpene compounds except THC, and barbital. We are working in positive and negative modes. Any suggestions please..
