Most likely the answer is negative. The name of Lorentz curve belongs to the f(x) ~ 1/(1+x2), i.e. with tails decreasing as x-2. This is the shape of many spectral lines (not all!). Calling your curve bell-shaped seems more appropriate and safe, as there are many curves with this feature.
Well, mixing similar but different names (here Lorentz Lorenz) sometimes leads to serious confusion.
