I am looking for an expert who can accompany me as an editor for an edited book proposal on 'Data Science and Optimization'. Planning to submit the same in some in some reputed publication house like Springer, Elsevier, T&F etc.
We expect researchers and/or academicians with sound experience and few noticeable achievements in the realm of this or related field.

Who do you know who are recognised in the field, and would be willing to help out with screening, finding very good writers, and so on - as well as writing? Is there a special reason to doing it now?
Are you senior enough to have the network to create a good framework, or do you need a lot of help? Do you have contacts ready, or do you have a few familiar ones on your mind to get on board? Would the book span theory as well as applications? Are there very hot topics that you are involved with? That, I think, will be crucial, in order for the chapters to be up-to-date!
You need to be aware that these types of invitations are send out almost weekly, and I/we would have to know that there are dedicated, professional, smart, and updated scholars to have a real chance to attract the stars of today. You have a tremendous work ahead, if this is to become reality! And it IS a good idea, under the conditions that only true experts are involved, and that they have the time.
It's a good proposition, under the conditions that I have mentioned. :-)
Your proposal is wonderful, but you still need to be reminded that at present there are a huge number of very "smart" books, monographs and textbooks on this subject, but there is one problem: the vast majority of these smart books no one reads, because the modern generation of young people do not read books at all and this is unfortunately true. Therefore, before writing a new book, one must understand for oneself: will this book be read at all?
I would like to see at least a rough idea of the contents - your pedagogical ideas, headlines for chapters/sections, perhaps an array of buzzwords - something that makes it possible for me to see the book before me, if you see what I mean - from start to finish. So far I do not know what the book really *is*.
Dr. B. P. Pande I suggest that you start writing your book proposal, and then submit it for consideration to one of the publishing editors of reputable publishers, such as Springer or Elsevier.
You have to share some key information, such as your book title, subtitle, planned number of pages, book category, why you want to publish the book, your target audience, your planned manuscript submission date and other data needed to get your book proposal accepted and prepare your book’s next steps.

I personally followed these steps when published my book with Springer a few years ago.
You need to start by preparing your content page (this will take a lot of work and evaluation) and an outline of the book idea, objectives, and other competitive books available in the market covering the idea/topic.
