Is the effect of phosphorylation-induced differential stability of a protein always found replicated by its phosphomimic mutants?

If the phosphorylated form of a protein is stable compared to its non-phosphorylated form, does it always mean that the phosphomimic E or D mutant will be more stable than the non-phophorylatable A mutant? If not, could you provide a reference?
