Is the collagen I from human placenta reconstituted with acetic acid in triple helical state ? Or are they individual alpha chains?

I am using Collagen I from Sigma (C7774, from human placenta)...I reconstitute with 0.5 M acetic acid...I wánt to know if the Collagen exists as triple Helix or as individual Alpha Helices?

I do not have the answer; yet, I would be interested to know if you plan ta make 3D printing with any form of fibrillar collagen, be it Type I, II, etc..., be it with unique or triple helix.
