Dear colleagues, I am working currently with hydrogen embrittlement and I am a little confused about the unit wt. ppm (weight ppm) found in many references and ppm. Is there any difference? I have been googling for this, but I haven't found something clear. I will deeply appreciate your comments;

PPM = mg/litre or mg/kg and therefore have no actual unit. There is no such thing as wt.ppm :)

It's not a unit! These people are incorrectly writing ppm as wppm or wt.ppm. They must mean weight as ppm. They're not even consistent. Google their terms and you will find nothing :)
