Supersticous learning is quite rare as it is integrated into organisational learning. There are some theories and surrounding this as this subjective learning defined in the following paper. This requires competency and understanding of decisions made when others utilise this type of learning and at times can be misconstrued as psycological behavior. What are your thoughts?
