Is Regression plot possible on ANFIS toolbox?
How please?
Thank you so much M. Mehrabi. Your response to my question is very useful.
Dear Dr.Modestus Okwu ,
You can plot the regression plots by calling following function separately for each data-set (training,validation and testing).
plotregression(target,output);
Thanks so much John
As far as I know, it is not possible in the ANFIS GUI. Also, for using the regression formula you need to have the outputs. if you are using the ANFIS GUI, the only way to obtain the outputs is the following command, after training the network:
Outputs = evalfis (Inputs,fis);
Then you can plot the regression chart.
I agree with Mohammad Mehrabi . It is possible in ANN not ANFIS
Thank you Dr. Kenneth Chukwu.
Interesting question from Dr. Modestus
Yes
Yes, quite possible but not sure of the command
