Your request for articles deriving from a smart impact journal having IF 4 or above is not adequate, indeed. QuEChERS methods are mainly published in food, analytical and environmental journals, which have traditionally low impact factors. ES&T, a really renowned journal, has an impact factor 5.7. As mentioned, recovery depends on the matrix and analyte and also the type of QuEChERS approach you want to use. You should have more focus on details then on impact factors.
Thank you Dr. L Gruber, as you opined very clearly. I know that IF is not the only indicator for any research article. I am keenly interested for the detailed protocol. The impacted journal means the authenticity of the published data.
A good review of recent developments and trends in the QuEChERS sample preparation approach is given by Rejczak and Tuzimski, Open Chem., 2015; 13: 980–1010. Interesting might be also Łozowicka et al., Environ Sci Pollut Res Int. 2017; 24(8): 7124–7138, which is online available. Even it is a GC-MS based work, the influence of QuEChERS modifications e.g. volume of water, volume and polarity of solvent, and cleanup sorbents (C18, GCB, PSA) on recovery and matrix effects were demonstrated in this work. There are a lot of further publications especially in the field of pesticide analysis...
