Hello everyone,

I hope you guys can help me with a question about NGS

I have three target regions that need to be sequenced: 16S ( V3-V4), 18S (V1-V2) and ITS (ITS3-IST4)

I'm using MiSeq Reagent Kit v3 for 16S sequencing, but I have no experience for 18S and ITS region.

I would like to ask that if it is possible to pool three of them (16S, 18S, ITS) in the same sequencing run (same batch) using Miseq Reagent Kit v3? because it is too expensive to run separately.
