Is oat spelt xylan water soluble?

I prepared this based on the instructions I found on a q on researchgate

In oat spelt, as in other cereals, exist both AX, water soluble and water insoluble. You did not specify how you obtained the AX or what kind of product you used. The insoluble AX could be solubilised with different reagent.
