Has anyone tried culturing naive CD4 T cells on a medium containing cytokines for both Th17 & Treg differentiation? What was the outcome?
Scale bar is 100 μm and their lengths vary from 130 μm to 240 and 350 μm. Image is taken by optical microscope. Samples might have been in contact with dirty (pond, river) water.
