Not sufficient, Weka is a software having lot of potential options but if you really interested in this field I would highly recommended you to use MATLAB, Java, Python or at least R programming language.

Thanks, everyone for their suggestions and guidance, I did apply KDD phases for the Diabetes PIMA dataset and also apply some classification and clustering algorithms for the analysis of the Labor dataset as well. I used Weka Tool for all the processing. Your suggestions help me with the smooth execution.
