Unfortunately on the section of Manuscript Subject I could not find the WPT subject.
In case it is not possible to submit a manuscript on IEEE (Transactions on Industrial Electronics) for the mentioned field, could you please suggest me some other IEEE transactions journals which have higher impact factor than ( IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics ) for the field of WPT for EVs. Thank you so much
IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics is good and it still has the filed of WPT last month when I submitted. As for the impact factors, they are fluctuating. Maybe TPEL would have a higher impact factor than TIE next year.
Yes it's possible. I submitted a WPT paper under the actuators and motors category of TIE, it received proper consideration and went to knowledgeable reviewers.

You can definitely submit the papers on WPT to the above journal. Please note that the above subjects are very general, in which I normally choose "Single-phase electronics" as my selection.
In my experience, the IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics and the Transactions on Industrial Electronics are the most suitable places to publish your work in WPT in terms of impact factor. There is no higher impact factor journal in the IEEE than these two about WPT topic.
