I developed a geometry in which the capillaries exist . the model contain normal and tumor tissue and in addition the vasculature in tumor and normal tissue . here I just wanted to know ,Is it appropriate to apply continuous and bolus injection equations that used for macro model in my model?

I also read your papers (effect of heterogeneous microvasculature distribution on drug delivery to solid tumor and the effect of tumor size on drug transport and uptake in 3-d tumor models reconstructed from MRIs). in fact you investigated macro models of tumor and its surrounding tissue in prostate and lung cancers and using a tri-exponential decay function . here what I am working on is to use this tri-exponential decay function in a model in which microvessls exist there . in one of your latest paper (the effect of tumor size on drug transport and uptake in 3-d tumor models reconstructed from MRIs) you mentioned sefidgar et al works in your discussion that they didn't include the effect of tumor . the reason I mention this is that my model is similar to them but I also concluded the effect of tumor size .
