if it is possible please give us some information in details for laboratory scale preparation of 2000 ml starch solution for sizing of handsheet with a grammage of 80 gr per square prepared from unbleached soda pulp + OCC, I prepared below information step to step, if it is possible please re correct and complete them:

1- Fill Reactor with 1st Water.

· How many milliliters of water and how much temperature?

…..ml water + ……. °C

2- Add 0.05% Calcium Carbonate on Starch.

· Do you mean bases on oven dried weight of starch?

For example: To prepare 100 OD g of starch, 0.05 g of Calcium Carbonate is required to add to water of reactor. 100×0.05=5 gr

If it's wrong, please give me the correct one.

3- Add Starch.

· What is the most appropriate starch content for 2000 milliliters of starch solution at this stage?

4- Add 2nd Water to Wash Dome and sides.

· Can you explain the addition of water at this stage, is it different from the usual addition of water to the reactor?

5- Heat to 55°C.

· The most appropriate time for heating up to this temperature is important?

· is it different for the type of starch?

6- Add Enzyme.

7- Heat to 80°C and hold for 15 minutes.

8- Heat to 110°C and hold 10 minutes.

If we cannot reach the temperature of reactor to 110 °C at laboratory, what is your best solution for this problem?

9- The appropriate concentration of starch solution to sizing of surface of paper is different according to kind of paper properties? Is it generally 5% appropriate?

10- The appropriate temperature of starch solution to sizing of surface of paper is 50 °C. If it's wrong, what is the appropriate temperature?
