There is a difference between "possible" and "probable". Scientists should very very rarely say anything is "impossible", but we might say the probability is less than one in sixty trillion or something like that. We also may speak of what evidence we have for or against a certain theory.
It is rare but not unheard of for eukaryotic cells to take in foreign DNA. DNA that can be replicated by the cellular machinery once it enters the cells is rare but not unheard of. DNA that is truly self-replicating once it enters a cell is very very rare outside of the true viruses and bacteria.

Judging by your issues, I believe that you are an expert in parasitology, and I regret that you vanished after my issue about unproved impossibility of origination of foreign DNAs and foreign cells under some conditions in the intercellular cytoplasm. Meanwhile, as I believe, this question is not idle and its positive solution could explain a number of unexplained phenomena occurring in organisms. Maybe, you agree that sometime and somewhere the primary living issues originated, nevertheless, within some natural super-cytoplasm.
