Hi all,

I've looked for many ATACseq protocols using yeast as materials but most of them prep spheroplasts or isolate nuclei and then start the transposition reaction. I'm wondering if it's possible to use yeast lysate (bead beating; break yeast cells with lysis buffer along with tons of protease inhibitors) as a starting material for Tn5 to work on?
