We got stainless steel column: 4.6 mm in diameter, 250 mm length, containing amine-modified silica gel with 5 µm particle size, is it possible to use for oligosaccharide (raffinose, verbascose, stachyose) analysis from legume flour?? I have kindly raised the question being concerned if this column is specific only for the detection of mono and disaccharides. Any of you from your rich experience please in oligosaccharide analysis.
