Is it possible to use pattern lacunarity spectrum(PLS) to analyse the topoplots obtained from EEGLAB

By using EEGLAB IC components are extracted from EEG signal and converted into an image (topoplots). Pattern lacunarity spectrum is the technique used by researches to analyse the texture pattern of the image. Is it possible to use that technique to analyse the topoplot?
