Is it possible to use fixed tissue from plant leaves stored at -80°C for more than 3 years?

We have stored some tissue at -80° treated for fixation and ground. This tissue is more than 3 years old. We have the same tissue untreated for fixation and I wonder wich is the best one to use for ChIP-seq.
