Is it possible to use annexin V (FITC) with Ghost Dye™ Red 780 (APC-Cy7-A) on flow citometry?

Hi,

I am doing cell viability test with U2OS cells, and I want to evaluate co-incubation with experimental compounds (autophagy inhibitors) and doxorrubicin, so Im not able to use priopidium iodide because of it superposition with doxorrubicin emision wavelength. So I am wondering if I can replace priopidium iodide with Ghost Dye™ Red 780 (Live/dead) and use both fluorescense probe for incubation. Does anyone have experience with using both dyes on a experiment (Anexin V and Ghost Dye 780)?
