09 December 2015 4 2K Report

Hi. One year ago I stained paraffin-embedded tissue sections (embryo mouse heart) with antibody anti-ki67 (SantaCruz) for immunofluorescence. I tried to strip and reprobe these sections with anti-connexin43 (Santacruz) antibody. I tried to remove applied primary antibody (ki67) through microwave treatment for 2 x 5min in a 10 mM citrate buffer, pH6. This treatment did not remove applied ki67 antibody. How can I remove applied primary antibody? Thank you.
