Is it possible to run two-way anova in SPSS with secondary data? I only have the mean, standard deviations, median, and mode. I also have the sample size. However, I don't have the original data that was used to determine the mean and the rest.

Actually secondary date and summary statistics are two different things! Even primary data can be summarized and secondary data can be in original form!
Anyhow, if you are talking about secondary data as you mentioned, the answer is yes! SPSS does not ask you questions like if you are feeding primary or secondary data!
It is just a software package! It will just run data whatever you will ask!
It all depends on the Researcher if he is executing it correctly, or interpreting it correctly!!!
