Generally, it is not possible to run Omnet++ codes in NS2 , because the basic mechanism is different.

For example:

Setup connection for the nodes (n0, n1, and n2) in NS2 is:

$ns duplex-link $n0 $n2 100Mb 5ms DropTail

$ns duplex-link $n1 $n2 100Mb 5ms DropTail

While connection between two nodes (tic, toc) in Omnet++ is:

tic.out --> { delay = 100ms; } --> toc.in;

tic.in

Hadeel is right. These simulators have diverse architectural differences. Maybe some specific functions or code could be reused, but not generally all.
