Is it possible to perform promoter methylation and immunohistochemistry studies on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue samples?

Dear colleagues, I have received many FFPE samples for analysis. Half of them represent normal tissue, the other half - cancerous. I have already done gene expression. Is it possible to perform promoter methylation and immunohistochemistry studies on those samples? Thank you.
