Is it possible to increase concentration of a v/v solution without increasing volume? If so, how can this be achieved?

I am working on culturing algae with effluent. I want to scale up the effluent concentration from 10% to 100% in sea water keeping the total volume constant. Will it be possible?

I think cycles of following two steps can help to increase the concentration without increasing the volume: A. Simple evaporation or heat-assisted evaporation or centrifuge-&-vacuum-assisted evaporation; B. Dialysis for salt concentration adjustment.
