Is it possible to identify pseudogenes from non-model fish transcriptomes without reference genome?

I have the whole transcriptome of a non - model fish. I need to identify transcribed pseudogenes from it and do functional analysis of the pseudogenes. How to make the technical programme for this work? Is it possible?
