Is it possible to configure the Matlab Neural Network Simulation function for an image having four layers? The description of the problem is described in the attached document.

You need to reshape your pixel data in the Tif image using this command:

Y = reshape( X, 129*153, 4)';

The reshape function changes the format from 3 dimensions to two, and the ' transposes it to the desired format.
