We have synovium tissue cell and they have arthiritis, we make them arthiritis with using TNF-alfa, IFN-gamma etc. Anyway, could we observe regeneration even if we apply MSCs into that plate, i mean as in vitro?
All that i read about SC regeneration were in applied to in vivo, i am asking if it is possible to apply it as in vitro.

cytokines but not common one,to enflammatory cause cytokines. cuz we would like to see if there will be a regeneration by MSC to synovium cells damaged as like arthritis.
actually this is not the main purpose of study but i wanna see that if it is possible.
yeah i know FACS and how it works but i dont want to bother it, time is of the essence for me so " This way you can observe any regeneration without mixing the 2 cell populations." this is the key of solution. i got the answer, transwells or cell culture inserts, thank you :)
