Hello. I set up the experiment in human ESC to evaluate the adhesion and cell cycle protein expression level by elisa. Both proteins expressed in the same time. Is that posiible to happen like that? The attachment protein is e-cadherin and the cell cycle protein is ki-67. Anyone please reply. Thank you very much.

Don't worry. That is possible. As far as you use Embryonic Stem Cell culture, you'll have to expect expression of proteins associated to proliferation and adhesion processes.
