It is written in the product information technical bulletin included in the kit to store it at room temperature so I would like to know if it is stored in low temperature, will the effectivity of the kit be affected?
The kit contains an assay buffer with a ph of 7.5, a calibrator and a reagent.

The AChE can be stored in low temp. As it in solid form but when you prepares it for assay you have to keep it in liquid nitrogen as it's very sensitive to temp.
