Hi, I have received a number of requests for full texts of articles but when I click on the link in the notifying email I cannot see the request. I have asked ResearchGate about this but not yet received a reply. Does anyone know why this issue is arising. Any advice much appreciated!
Same problem. Some papers could be protected by the publisher but today I received a request for the chapter that I have full rights and normally send it to anybody who asks. But not today, the ResearchGate just doesn't show it. Shame.
exactly the same issue. previous requests were showing up late on my RG inbox, now they are not showing up at all..
Some articles are published in journals you must subscribe to, and authors don't have copyright or permission to share with the public or non-subscribers. Authors can share with you privately.

That is not the issue. What happens is this:
A colleague clicks the "Request full-text" button of a publication that I authored. Then Research Gate sends me an email with a "View Request" button. Clicking this button then does not bring me to the request, but just opens the page where the publication is listed.
I can still fulfill the request, but then I have to open the profile page of the colleague and send a message with the publication as an attachment. This is awkward.

Exactly, and not only awkward, sometimes the person who requests our manuscript is not a contact and are hard to locate (especially on the mobile app). So, when there are multiple requests, and the link from the email for the request that we receive does not work, I do a search, but mostly just give up. I also wrote to RG, and waiting to hear back from them.
same issue here--no one has a solution? Any idea on how to contact RG??
I just submitted a complaint about this to RG, we will see if they ever respond....
