Hello,
I cultured Streptomyces fradiae from a freeze-dried sample following ATCC protocol: use 6ml broth (tryptone 5g/l, yeast extract 3g/l) to rehydrate the sample and culture at 26 degrees 180rpm.
But my culture looks precipitated (attached video). Is it normal? This is the first time that I cultured this gram-positive strain.
