Thank you so much for your answer researchers. I also wanted to ask, when I searched for the function of genes involved in the cluster in NCBI using blast, the listed functions had higher e-value like 2.67E-06, so can I rely on this result and assume the gene in the cluster to have that function?

First, the genes of the data, considered all at once, are, in general, correlated but sometimes we cannot detect it by the statistical tools that we have. In addition, the weaker this correlation, the better the data studied.
