I wonder whether it is better to use anhydrous solvents for electrospinning process or not. In addition, what is a good alternative for electrospinning of PLA instead of 1,4-Dioxane in terms of boiling point temperature and dielectric constant? Note that Tbp=101°C and ε=2.21 for 1,4-Dioxane
