Dear Dr. Ressn,

I think it is very effectiv if one distributes students according their achievements. I teached at a highschool mathematics. We made two groups in a class: a better and a worse group from students based on their mathematical and latin knowledges. All students could graduate and we could achieve a big rate regarding on the university admission.
