Fear is an acquired feeling. But genetic and parents can strengthen or weaken it.
For example when a baby see a snake, he/ she may take its tail and laugh! A baby learns to fear.
Fear in early age is heridity, once they start understanding then it is by parents, and after grown up with self experience it is by Environment
