Glanulocytes seem to move to the left. They are not located above monocytes.

I would move the gain more to the right to get it off the left border. Otherwise, the populations look correct.

Agree with Shen-An Hwang. If it is too late to adjust the voltage so you see all populations (i.e. data is acquired already), use Biexponential scaling. This should help with the squished populations.
