I should not have said "...of the content..."
I hold that information is not ever contained, lest it be within some envelope. Rather, information is represented. Information does not have its own physical form. Information is not matter. Information is not energy either.
I hold that information is an emergent property of matter, and invite discussion pertaining thereto.
