Research indicates that class size has a serious impact on educational practice. The larger the class size, the more negative its impact on students, especially those with special needs, and vice versa. Obviously, this phenomenon has implications for the practice of inclusive education in a country like Ghana where we constantly grapple with large class sizes. Can we achieve inclusive education practice, as our classrooms become larger in size and more diverse?
Inclusive education can be practice in Ghana only if teachers are train as to how to identify individual difference in the students. if this is identify it will help manage the difference among learners and the size of the class could be managed by setting up groups where the so call learners with difficulties could be paired with the bright ones.

When I was a child, in Spain usually classes uses to have more tan 35 or 40 students, without too much problems. But I think always is very different today.
I think the answer is in the good management of short multiple classes whose pillars remain the teacher and the curiccula

There are many factors that can help large classes fail or succeed. What age group? Subject? Facility - not enough room for all students, equipment used, desks, chairs, lighting, etc. using technology, not using tech, how well students and material is managed, etc., etc. If you have a special focus area you want to know about regarding your topic, it would help to be specific.
Same in Nigeria. Large class room size is outrageous with first year medical students counting over 300 in a class. Its unfair, unhealthy and does not promote inclusive education. However, if class sizes are checked and a quick solution offered, in no time, inclusive education will be a norm. Its going to be a hard work in West Africa now, as there are no jobs but thousands of university admissions offered yearly, thousands of graduates yearly and poor educational management. All this been said, it is achievable but it will take time, pain and effort from many angles.
