Happiness is a set of harmonies. However, we do not always have all areas of life harmonized to declare ourselves at last "happy." In this way it is necessary to value every positive aspect of each sector, and to take advantage of this "happiness" or part of it. If we want to declare ourselves happy only when all sectors reach a maximum level of harmony, perhaps a puzzle of 3000 minuscule pieces that we will probably never be able to set up.
Whatever we do, wherever we go, however we earn and whoever we are with, what matters at the end is only happiness. So, the ultimate goal for what we are doing on this earth is HAPPINESS. So let's all be happy.

Not sure happiness here also encompasses joy, contentment etc. Personally to me - "internal peace" is more important goal in life because it is not subject to external stimulus e.g. salary increment, achievement, success etc. Personally to me happiness is subject to external stimulus & not sure after the external stimulus has ended or disappeared, we are still feel happy.
“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”
