During the research, how often do I need to do Bradford assay? taking into consideration, I have the same protein solution at different time slots, does doing the linear regression each time is needed to be calculated and measured? or once is enough?
The protein concentration of a solution should not change over time if the protein is stable and does not significantly stick to the surface of the container, so it should not be necessary to repeatedly measure it. If you are concerned that the protein concentration might be decreasing with time, then it would be a good idea to measure it at the beginning and end to see if that has happened. If there is no significant change, you won't have to worry about it in the future.
The linear regression for the standard curve should be done each time you do the assay.
Not neccessary to calculate protein regression in Bardford assay repeatedly, However if you are using different types of proteins with different molecular weights and different concentrations in your study then you need to do individually per assay.
