yes, I worked with this antibody in my post doc and it works very good. it was good for western blots and also for IF
The best Rac1 antibody is a mouse monoclonal from BD, cat#610650
Rac1 antibody from Cytoskeleton works fine but the best I used so far is the Anti-Rac1, clone 23A8 from EMD Millipore.
