I'm searching for a secondary antibody which I'll use with a primary Rac1 synthesized in rabbit. But what is the importance of the host organism since the secondary antibody will be synthesized by introducing the same primary antibody?
Can "the ability of the organism to produce a wider range of antibodies to that spesific antigen" be of use to answer this?
I mean, if chickens were the master organisms in doing recombination during the production of antibodies in B cells (if they were better at producing a more specific antibody), would they be the primary choice?
Most animals immunized with an antigen will produce antibodies against that antigen because they recognize it as non-self, although there have been exceptions. Different animals will elicit different responses as you say - some more limited, some more specific and vice versa. With mammals there is always the consideration of other mammalian cross reactions (e.g. human anti-mouse antibody interference, rheumatoid factors) Interestingly, chickens are a good choice for producing secondary antibodies, since their evolutionary distance from mammals means that they usually react strongly to mammalian antigens and there is less chance of unwanted cross-reactions.

One thing is the host organism, the other thing is that secondary antibody needs to be anti-primary antibody host. It means that when you use Rac 1 synthesized in rabbit, as a primary antibody, you should use anti-rabbit as a secondary antibody. I know that secondary antibodies are often synthesized in donkeys.
I don't think chickens are any better at producing specific antibodies than other species. They are a good choice in that there is likely to be less cross reactivity, chicken are fairly small and easy to rear and of course antibody can also be harvested from eggs. However they only produce IgA, IgM and IgG/IgY antibodies and there are no subclasses of IgG. In functional uses (e.g. in antibody depletion techniques) there may be issues of complement fixation across mammals and aves so bear that in mind
