Credited achievement has been made by individuals through international research support, multi-institutional, multinational collaborative activities leading to publications and patent registration. Some established academicians from reputed Universities in India have created confusion by: (i) quoting reference of research scholar’s thesis without credit to the host Department, University, Funding agency and the Principal investigators, (ii)  the information confuses and camouflage the original researchers and institutions, and mimics as if the authors of the review papers are the real owners of the technology, (iii) mentioning data which has not been published and quoting wrong reference and (iv) quoting reference for data as ‘data presented in a seminar’. This type of activity has been repeated by individuals, in collaborative articles and followed by next generation scientist.

I would like to get suggestions from the National and International community to suggest me the course of actions so that these type of camouflaged scientists with their wrong doings must be lawfully exposed as an example to prevent any future repetition and harassment. Could it be considered as an act of ‘Plagiarism’? Please suggest and many thanks in advance.
