I have a question about interaction between bevacizumab and mouse vegf. In my assayes i investigated that bevacizumab is able to detect the mouse vegf in ELISA. But is it possible? Or that was the wrong result?
Can you kindly help me know if bevacizumab is able to detect the mouse vegf or not?

I want to help you, because I have carried out a lot of experiments using bevacizumab and pegylated products. I think that you use recombinant proteins; could you give more informations about the proteins? probably you detect a cross-reactivity due to the fusion protein.

I expressed mouse VEGF in E.coli and it is not fusion protein. in my ELISA and western blot assay , bevacizumab was able to detect mouse VEGF. But i have read in all of papers that bevacizumab is not able to detect mouse vegf.

in 3.4: The comparison of BSR and MCF 7, then what is your control?I really don't get what control can be done to represent for both BSR and MCF-7.
in 2.3: Each 96 well plate was divided into 3 groups as mentioned but I did not figure out where this is represented to which tests results in the articles. I tried to understand those but really cannot figure out them and have to communicate with you. Thanks.
