I want to find if there is any research comparing healthy gut and dysbiosis and there viral communities. I really want to get hold of a mixed viral community from gut samples. Most gut studies use 16S amplicon sequencing so there does not seem to be much in the existing literature. I would be really interested if there are any groups who have looked at the impact of HAART/ART on gut viral communities.
