My research focus is in developing allergen-coated microneedles for epidermal drug delivery to treat respiratory/food allergies. We use solid Microneedle structures and coat them with a drug of interest prior to vaccinating. We can optimize the exact amount of drug coated per Microneedle array which allows for dose optimization.
