Basically this method involves spinning tumor cells into a slurry, which is then directly placed onto the tissue. My mouse model is a dorsal skinfold chamber, so the slurry would go directly onto the exposed skin and then covered with a coverslip. However, I have been unable to get a sturdy enough cell pelled to stay, the cells simply diffuse throughout the window. I've tried spinning the cells down at various speeds reaching up to 4,000 rpm for 4 mins.
